PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
1. The data controller is Quizz Room, a simplified joint stock company with a capital of €1,266, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register, under number 841 563 042, whose head office is 9 rue Guénégaud, in Paris 75006.
2. Quizz Room is committed to complying with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 relating to the protection of personal data.
DATA COLLECTED
1. The data collected by Quizz Room can be directly transmitted by:
- the User when browsing the Site or during the formation and execution of a product order (the “Order”);
- Participants, prior to or on the occasion of their arrival at Quizz Room establishments. This information includes: names, first names, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, telephone number, date of birth and areas of interest.
Quizz Room may also collect photographic representations of Participants, captured during the game, after obtaining the Participant's agreement.
2. Quizz Room may collect the above information about Participants, through the Buyer as part of the execution of the Agreement.
3. Quizz Room may also collect data through Cookies. A cookie does not personally identify a User but allows its sender to recognize the User's terminal and to collect a certain amount of information relating to the navigation carried out from this terminal. The User is invited to consult the section below devoted to Cookies.
4. Quizz Room may also collect data using standard Internet technologies such as Scripts and Pixels. These technologies make it possible to collect information relating to the use of the Quizz Room Site, to the presence of cookies on the User's Terminal, on whether or not to read emails sent by Quizz Room and the clicks made on the links contained in these emails.
PURPOSES OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Quizz Room collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the legal bases provided for by the laws and regulations in force, in particular:

Execution of the contract — example: processing and execution of an order; opening and managing a Quizz Room account in order in particular to be able to display the name of the Participants on the leisure desks, not to ask the same questions several times or to propose questions adapted to the profile of the Participants and thus to best perform the contractual services provided by Quizz Room
2. Fulfilment of a legal obligation — preservation of invoices;

Legitimate interests pursued by Quizz Room — such as processing for commercial purposes, for the purposes of fraud prevention or in order to maintain the security of computer networks and, in any event, in accordance with your fundamental rights and freedoms, which prevail over the legitimate interests of Quizz Room;
4. User consent.

DATA TRANSMISSION
A. Background
1. Personal data collected and processed by Quizz Room may be transmitted to:
- Quizz Room partners who can process them on their behalf (the “recipients”),
- Quizz Room partners who can process them on behalf of and according to instructions from Quizz Room (the “subcontractors”).
2. The recipients are:
- Quizz Room's professional collaborators,
- the police authorities in the context of judicial requisitions concerning the fight against fraud,
- customs services in case of delivery abroad,
- commercial partners and in particular marketing and advertising agencies
3. Quizz Room can use subcontractors for the following operations:
- secure payment on the Site,
- the fight against fraud and the recovery of unpaid invoices,
- the management of instant messaging, telephone calls, their possible recordings and the sending of postal letters,
- the personalization of the content of the sites,
- carrying out maintenance and technical development operations for the Quizz Room website and information system,
- the collection of customer reviews,
- the sending of commercial prospecting emails.
4. Quizz Room may also share personal data in the event of a subsequent change in the structure of the Quizz Room company, in particular in the event of a sale, transfer or merger of the company or part of it. Quizz Room will then ensure that the other party complies with the laws and regulations in force relating to the protection of personal data.
B. Transmission outside the EU
1. The data collected by Quizz Room is stored in the European Union.
2. However, for the purposes set out above, personal data may be transmitted to companies located in countries that are not members of the European Union.
3. In this case, Quizz Room ensures that personal data is only transferred, outside the European Union, to third countries that ensure an adequate level of protection and recognized as such by the European Commission, to companies certified under the Privacy Shield or companies guaranteeing an adequate level of protection through the existence of binding corporate rules, otherwise called Binding Corporate Rules.
4. For example, the exploitation of personal data in connection with social networks may result in a transfer to the United States.
5. Users are invited to consult the pages of social networks relating to the protection of personal data.
USER RIGHTS
1. In order to provide users with the control and visibility necessary for the processing of their personal data, Quizz Room guarantees the proper exercise of the rights available to users.
2. Thus, any natural person has the right to exercise the following rights:

4. The request must be accompanied by proof of identity.
5. Quizz Room has one month to respond after receiving the request. An extension of the period of 2 months is possible taking into account the complexity and number of requests, provided that the person concerned has been informed within the initial period of one month.
6. In the event of exercising a right to oppose marketing profiling, the user is informed that he will continue to receive commercial requests but these will be less relevant and will no longer be targeted according to his areas of interest.
7. In the event of an absence of response or an unsatisfactory response, the person concerned has the option of referring the matter to the supervisory authority of his country of residence (CNIL.FR)
DIGITAL DEATH
1. The user has the right to define guidelines for the storage, deletion and communication of his data after his death. These guidelines may be general (concerning all processing of personal data) or specific (concerning only specific data processing).
2. The user can formulate the advance directives that he will have formulated at the following address: contact@quiz-room.com.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
1. The data processed is kept for a period that does not exceed that required for the purposes for which they are processed.
2. The starting point for the retention period of personal data differs depending on whether the User is a Buyer and/or a Participant (“customer” User) or not (“prospect” User):
- Customer: the starting point of the shelf life is the date of the last purchase or the last participation in a leisure activity offered by Quizz Room;
- Prospect: the starting point for the retention period is the date the account was created.
3. Some types of treatment have a specific shelf life. For example, invoices related to purchases are kept for 10 years; personal data collected when creating a Quizz Room account or a “Participant” or “Player” profile are kept for 5 years from the last activity; data relating to the execution of an order are kept for up to 5 years after the end of the execution of obligations; personal data collected during navigation on the Site are kept for 9 months from the last activity; the data personal data collected during the provision of the so-called Personalized Questions service are kept for up to three months after their communication by the Buyer.
SECURITY OF THE DATA COLLECTED
1. As a data controller, Quizz Room carefully monitors the security and confidentiality of the data collected and processed.
2. Quizz Room has appropriate security measures to ensure the security of the buildings housing its systems, the security of the computer system to prevent external access to personal data, and the fact of having secure copies of your data.
3. Quizz Room takes care to select subcontractors based on their ability to ensure the safety of the treatment through appropriate measures.
4. Quizz Room does not collect bank data from Buyers, the latter being redirected to the payment provider Stripe. Quizz Room invites Buyers to consult the page relating to the protection of the personal data of said service provider https://stripe.com/en-fr/legal#section_d.
DATA COLLECTED BY SOCIAL NETWORKS
1. Quizz Room invites you to use social networks to improve the commercial relationship and offer you targeted advertising offers on these networks.
2. The use of social networks to interact with Quizz Room is likely to lead to data exchanges between Quizz Room and these social networks.
3. Quizz Room invites you to consult the personal data management policies of the various social networks to find out what personal data may be transmitted by them.
COMMERCIAL PROSPECTING
Quizz Room can use your contact details to send you targeted advertising, in particular by email and SMS.
A. Prospecting by email and SMS
1. The prior and express collection of the user's consent is necessary for any sending of commercial prospecting by electronic means.
2. When creating a customer account on the Site, the user's consent is expressly requested to receive:
- Quizz Room offers by email
- Offers from Quizz Room partners to whom your contact details would be sent
- Quizz Room offers by SMS
3. Except as detailed below, Quizz Room will not send you personalized requests by email or SMS if you have not consented to them.
4. In the absence of any express prior consent of the User, the User may however be contacted as soon as he has already made a purchase via the Site and the object of the prospecting is to offer similar products or services.
5. In any event, the User has the possibility to oppose, at any time, the receipt of these requests by carrying out the following actions:
- For email solicitations, by clicking on the unsubscribe link inserted in each email;
- For requests by SMS, by sending a message containing the only words “Stop SMS” to the number indicated in the message.
B. Retargeting advertising
1. Quizz Room may use the services of third parties whose role is to identify Internet users who have already visited our website and to send them personalized emails.
2. These companies use cookies to distinguish users and then to personalize the ads these users receive based on their browsing history.
3. This mechanism explains that a user who has browsed the Quizz Room site can receive an advertising email without having given their email address to Quizz Room.
4. This processing may involve partners who have already collected your email address, as well as your consent to authorize the sending of advertising. In this case, you can object to this type of treatment. Currently, Quizz Room does not use third party partners.

A. Background
1. Cookies are tracers placed on your terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.), in particular when consulting a website or reading an email and which make it possible to monitor navigation or conduct a behavioral analysis of the Internet user in order to facilitate navigation and activate certain functionalities.

General conditions of sale
SECTION 1. QUIZ ROOM
SECTION 2. OBJECT
- 2.1 The General Conditions are accessible on the Site and in all Quiz Room establishments; subject to any special conditions applicable to a specific type of Services, specified separately and prior to the conclusion of any Contract, the CGV apply to the exclusion of all other conditions.
- 2.2 The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “General Conditions” or “CGV”) is to define the rights and obligations of the Buyer and Quiz Room under the Contracts:
a. These General Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time by Quiz Room;
b. they are applicable as soon as they are put online but any changes will not apply to transactions already in progress when these changes are put online;
c. the last revision of the GTC was carried out on 25 October 2024.
SECTION 3. PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION
- 3.1 Prior to the immediate purchase or the placing of the order and the conclusion of the contract, these general conditions of sale are communicated to the Buyer.
- 3.2 The Buyer acknowledges having been provided, prior to placing his order and concluding the contract, in a legible and understandable manner, of the General Conditions and all the information listed in article L. 221-5 of the Consumer Code.
- 3.3 The following are thus transmitted to him in a clear and understandable manner:
- the essential characteristics of the services and products (if they are offered for sale in this center)
- the prices of services, products, (if they are offered for sale in this center) and ancillary costs or, where applicable, their method of calculation;
- in the absence of immediate execution of the contract, the date or the period by which the seller undertakes to deliver the product or perform the service, regardless of its price;
- information relating to the identity of the seller, i.e. his name or his corporate name, the geographical address of his establishment and, if different, that of the head office, his telephone number and his email address as well as information relating to his activities;
- information relating to legal and contractual guarantees and their implementation procedures;
- the functionalities of the digital content and, where appropriate, its interoperability;
- the possibility of using conventional mediation in the event of a dispute;
- the terms of payment, delivery and execution of the contract, as well as the methods provided by QUIZ ROOM for the processing of complaints;
- in the event of a sale, the existence and the procedures for exercising the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L. 217-1 and following of the Consumer Code, of the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code, as well as, where applicable, of the commercial guarantee and after-sales service respectively referred to in articles L. 217-15 and L. 217-17 of the Consumer Code, as well as, where applicable, of the commercial guarantee and after-sales service respectively referred to in articles L. 217-15 and L. 217-17 of the Consumer Code;
- the duration of the contract, when it is concluded for a fixed term, or the conditions for its termination in the case of a contract of indefinite duration;
- where applicable, any relevant interoperability of digital content with certain hardware or software of which Quizz Room is or should reasonably be aware. - 3.4 The Buyer declares to have read these general conditions of sale and to have accepted them before his immediate purchase or the placing of his order: they are enforceable against him in accordance with the terms of article 1119 of the Civil Code.
SECTION 4. PUBLICATION OF REVIEWS
- 4.1 For a period that may not exceed twenty-four (24) months, Quiz Room may broadcast on its site extracts of opinions posted by consumers without compensation and collected through one or more third parties who do not verify them. These opinions cannot be contractual in nature.
SECTION 5. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED BY QUIZ ROOM
- 5.1 During the hours available for reservation and according to the number of Participants indicated by the Buyer, Quiz Room offers for sale the Services for the reservation and provision of one or more Rooms including the option of using a question and answer game whose characteristics are as follows:
- audiovisual communication of questions to the attention of the Participants;
- provision of a pager allowing Participants to answer questions individually or collectively;
- automatic counting of the points of each of the Participants;
- multiple game mechanics belonging to Quiz Room and that can be modified over time.
5.2 The use of the Recreation Room equipment is subject to the presence of at least three (3) Participants, without these being able to exceed eighteen (18).
5.3 In addition to the reservation and provision of Rooms, Quiz Room can provide a personalization service of ten (10) questions called “Personalized Questions”:
a. ordering the Personalized Questions service offers the Buyer the possibility to fill in, in an online space on the Site dedicated to this purpose, all the questions that he wishes to submit to the Participants in execution of his Order;
b. the Buyer must fill in the dedicated space mentioned in the preceding paragraph, these questions no later than the day before the availability of the Reserved Room (s);
c. During the provision of services ordered from it, Quiz Room reproduces and distributes, without any content verification for which the Buyer is solely responsible, the content of the questions as provided to it by the Buyer or the Participants;
D. Quiz Room declines any responsibility relating to the terms of the Personalized Questions broadcast in the Room and it is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that they are lawful.
5.4 At the express request of the Buyer and prior to the conclusion of any Contract, the Buyer may contact Quiz Room to order the provision of additional personalized services, which will be the subject of a quote issued by Quiz Room.
5.5 For the purpose of performing the Services, the score obtained by each Participant at the end of their participation in the Quizzes will be kept by Quiz Room.
5.6 Additionally, Quiz Room offers for sale, within the limits of available stocks, various products whose nature and characteristics are shown on the Site. The products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred in this presentation, the seller could not be held responsible. Product photographs are not contractual.
SECTION 6. PRICES OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
ARTICLE 7, ORDERS FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
- 7.1 The Order is made online, from the catalog of Products and Services published on the Site and by means of an online ordering process made available to the Buyer via the Site, within the limits of current availability.
- 7.2 With regard to the Services, after clicking on the “Book” tab, the Buyer selects the desired reservation date and time, the number of Participants, the duration of the reservation and, where applicable, the type of quiz he intends to have, the reason for his arrival as well as the reservation of a post-quiz rest area as well as the reservation of a post-quiz rest area in addition to other additional services and Products from a list offered to him; once his choices have been made, the Buyer click on the “Add to Cart” tab.
- 7.3 With regard to the Products, the Buyer selects one or more of them and their possible options, which he places in a virtual basket, within the limits of available stocks.
- 7.4 The Buyer identifies himself with Quiz Room by indicating his first name, last name, e-mail, telephone number and address. QUIZ ROOM informs the Buyer that he has the right to register on a list of objections to telephone canvassing, accessible via the following link: https://www.bloctel.gouv.fr/
7.5 After having indicated or not the beneficiary of a possible discount code, selected his method of payment, consulted the summary of his Order as well as the CGV and the confidentiality policy which he accepts by clicking on the place indicated, the Buyer validates his Order; - a. any validation of the Order by the Buyer implies acceptance of the price and characteristics of the Products and Services selected so that any dispute on these points will only occur within the framework of the possible implementation of the guarantees set out below;
b. any validation of the Order by the Buyer implies irrevocable acceptance of these General Conditions by the Buyer; - 7.6 The Buyer pays for his Order and, within a period of four (4) hours from payment, receives an email from Quiz Room confirming or denying his Order; the confirmation is an exceptional case.
- 7.7 The sale is considered final after:
a. sending the Buyer, by email from Quiz Room, of an Order confirmation;
b. receipt of the full price or, where applicable, of a deposit by Quiz Room, which retains the right to suspend or refuse the Buyer's Order in the event that the debit was not possible
7.8 For any question relating to the follow-up of his Order, the Buyer must contact the Seller directly.
SECTION 8. TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR SERVICES ORDERED
SECTION 9. PROOF OF TRANSACTIONS
- 9.1 The online provision by the Buyer of his bank card number and the final validation of the order will constitute proof of the Buyer's agreement to:
a. the payability of the amounts due under his Order;
b. all the operations he has carried out on the Site.
9.2 However, in the event of fraudulent use of his bank card, the Buyer is invited, as soon as this use is noted, to contact Quiz Room Customer Service. - 9.3 In addition, the computerized records, kept in the computer systems of Quiz Room and its partners under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.
- 9.4 Order forms are archived on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as proof.
SECTION 10. ACCESS TO THE ROOMS
- 10.1 Access to the Rooms reserved by the Buyer is subject to the prior payment of the full price of the Services and Products.
- 10.2 Access to the Rooms is prohibited for Participants under the age of fifteen (15), unaccompanied by at least one adult who is himself a Participant or not.
- 10.3 The delay of one or more Participants has no effect on the schedule and duration of the provision of the Reserved Rooms: they cannot be postponed or extended beyond the limits provided for in the Order and the Room must therefore be vacated at the time initially set; after a delay of fifteen minutes, the capacity of the room's equipment and the duration of the game will necessarily be reduced.
- 10.4 The equipment and furniture located in the Quiz Room establishments are made available to the Participants and the Buyer, subject to fair and delicate use, without the slightest degradation or damage being inflicted on them.
- 10.5 The introduction into the Room of a drink, whether alcoholic or not, is prohibited.
- 10.6 Quiz Room reserves the right to refuse access to the Rooms in the event that at least one Participant is intoxicated or under the influence of illicit substances or has a threatening, aggressive or violent behavior.
SECTION 11. RESERVATION CHANGES
SECTION 12. UNAVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS ORDERED
- 12.1 The delivery of the Products means the transfer to the Buyer of physical possession or control of the goods. It is only initiated after confirmation of payment by Quiz Room's banking organization.
- 12.2 Intangible Products, such as e-gift cards, are delivered intangible to the Buyer as soon as the corresponding order is confirmed by Quiz Room, by means of electronic correspondence sent to the email address provided by the Buyer or made available to him in his personal space on the Site in the event of the creation, at the initiative of the Buyer, of such a space.
- 12.3 Except in the case of unavailability set out below, the other Products sold by Quiz Room are collected directly by the Buyer at the Quiz Room premises at the address shown in paragraph 1. above, on the day on which the provision of one or more Rooms ordered by the Buyer is made available.
- 12.4 In the event of the unavailability of one or more Products ordered by a Buyer on the day of the execution of the service of providing one or more Rooms, the said products are sent to the Buyer by post within a period that cannot exceed 20 days and at the expense of Quiz Room and at the expense of Quiz Room if the Buyer's address is located in the same territory as the local Quiz Room. If the Products are not shipped within the above period, the Buyer may freely notify Quiz Room, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, of the cancellation of the contract and it will be considered resolved upon receipt by the seller of the letter or writing informing him of this resolution, unless the professional has acted in the meantime. When the contract is cancelled, Quiz Room is required to reimburse the Buyer for all amounts paid, at the latest within 14 days following the date on which the notification of contract cancellation was received by Quiz Room.
- 12.5 The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer and it is his responsibility to ensure their accuracy. Any package returned to Quiz Room due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be returned at the expense of the Buyer. The Buyer may, at his request, obtain the sending of an invoice to the billing address and not to the delivery address, by validating the option provided for this purpose on the order form.
- 12.6 If the Buyer is absent on the day of delivery, the delivery person will leave a notice in the letterbox, which will allow the package to be collected at the place and during the period indicated.
- 12.7 If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn or opened, the Buyer must then check the condition of the items. If they have been damaged, the Buyer must absolutely refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery note (package refused because opened or damaged).
12.8 The Buyer must indicate on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by his signature any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products...).
12.9 This verification is considered to have been carried out once the Buyer, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery note.
12.10 The Buyer must confirm his reservations by registered mail to the carrier at the latest within two (2) working days following receipt of the item (s) and send a copy of this letter by fax or simple letter to the seller at the address indicated in the legal notice of the site.
SECTION 13. RISK TRANSFER
- 13.1 The transfer of ownership and the associated risks of loss and deterioration occurs as soon as the sale is final. The Products travel at the risk and peril of the Buyer.
SECTION 14. GUARANTEES
- 14.1 With regard to tangible property, Quiz Room guarantees their compliance with the contract, allowing the Buyer to make a request under the legal guarantee of conformity (provided for in current article L.217-4 of the Consumer Code) or the guarantee against defects in the thing sold within the meaning of the provisions of article 1641 of the Civil Code.
- Appendix to article D.211-2 of the Consumer Code:
“The consumer has a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to obtain the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity in the event of the appearance of a lack of conformity. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity and not the date of its occurrence.
When the contract for the sale of the good provides for the supply of digital content or a digital service on a continuous basis for a period of more than two years, the legal guarantee is applicable to this digital content or digital service throughout the planned supply period. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity affecting the digital content or the digital service and not the date of its appearance.
The legal guarantee of conformity implies an obligation for the professional, where applicable, to provide all the updates necessary to maintain the conformity of the property.
The legal guarantee of conformity gives the consumer the right to repair or replace the goods within thirty days of their request, at no cost and without major inconvenience for them.
If the goods are repaired under the legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer benefits from an extension of the initial warranty of six months.
If the consumer requests the repair of the goods, but the seller imposes the replacement, the legal guarantee of conformity is renewed for a period of two years from the date of replacement of the goods.
The consumer can obtain a reduction in the purchase price by keeping the goods or terminate the contract by being reimbursed in full against return of the goods, if:
1° The professional refuses to repair or replace the property;
2° The repair or replacement of the goods takes place after a period of thirty days;
3° The repair or replacement of the goods causes a major inconvenience for the consumer, in particular when the consumer definitively bears the costs of taking back or removing the non-conforming goods, or if they bear the costs of installing the repaired goods or replacing them;
4° The non-conformity of the goods persists despite the seller's unsuccessful attempt to bring them into compliance.
The consumer is also entitled to a reduction in the price of the good or to the termination of the contract when the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies the immediate reduction in the price or the termination of the contract. The consumer is then not required to request the repair or replacement of the goods in advance.
The consumer is not entitled to have the sale resolved if the lack of conformity is minor.
Any period of immobilization of the property in order to be repaired or replaced suspends the warranty which remained to run until the delivery of the refurbished property.
The rights mentioned above result from the application of articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the Consumer Code.
“A seller who obstructs the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity in bad faith incurs a civil fine of a maximum amount of 300,000 euros, which can be increased up to 10% of the average annual turnover (article L. 241-5 of the Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects pursuant to articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code, for a period of two years from the discovery of the defect. This guarantee gives the right to a price reduction if the property is retained or to a full refund against return of the property.”
SECTION 15. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- 15.1 The Products must however be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition within fifteen (15) days following the notification to the seller of the buyer's decision to withdraw.
15.2 Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be marketed in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
15.3 Damaged, soiled or incomplete products are not taken back.
15.4 The right of withdrawal can be exercised online, using the withdrawal form available on the website published by Quiz Room and appended below. In this case, an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium will be immediately communicated to the Buyer. Any other method of declaring withdrawal is accepted. It must be unambiguous and express the will to withdraw.
15.5 In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the above period, the price of the product (s) purchased is reimbursed and the delivery costs are reimbursed.
15.6 The return costs are borne by the Buyer.
15.7 The exchange (subject to availability) or the refund will be made within fourteen (14) days from the receipt, by the seller, of the products returned by the buyer under the conditions provided for above.
15.8 As an exception and in accordance with the provisions of article L221-28-12° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the provision of leisure activities that must be provided on a specific date or period and, for the services of reservation and provision of Rooms, the Buyer therefore does not benefit from a right of withdrawal.
SECTION 16. OFFERS AND GIFTS
- 16.1 After the provision of a Room and the use of the game offered by Quiz Room, the Participant declared the winner of the game benefits from an Order form and a Room reservation for two (2) games and for a number of players identical to that of the session that gave rise to the said Order Form, valid until the expiration of a period of three months from the first day of the month following the month in which the Room was obtained. has been made available to the Buyer.
16.2 Obtaining the Order form is obtained by the issuance, by Quiz Room, of an email specifically provided for this purpose or, failing that, by a request for obtaining an Order issued by any means by the Participant declared the winner, before the expiration of a period of seven (7) days from the effective availability of the Room.
SECTION 17. COUPE DE FRANCE QUIZ
SECTION 18. RESPONSIBILITIES
- 18.1 Only facts that are directly attributable to Quiz Room may engage the responsibility of Quiz Room towards the Buyer or the Participants, subject to causing them direct harm.
18.2 Quiz Room cannot be held liable in the event that the non-performance or poor performance of its obligations is attributable to:
a. Misuse of the Room and its functionalities by the Buyer or by any Participant;
b. a fault attributable to the Buyer or to any Participant;
c. a case of force majeure, i.e. an unforeseeable and insurmountable act by a third party and in particular: a general strike by public transport drivers followed by more than 50% by the professionals concerned, a technical failure of the game making it impossible for all Participants to use it, an administrative closure of the Quiz Room establishment;
d. a technical failure in the game that does not make it impossible for all participants to use it;
e. the disadvantages inherent in the use of the Internet network — such as an interruption or interruption of service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
18.3 In the event that the provision of a Room and the use of the game by all Participants prove impossible as a result of a case of force majeure, Quiz Room undertakes to postpone the execution of the Services ordered free of charge before the expiration of a period of three months from the date of initial availability; at the end of this period, in the event that the new execution dates proposed by Quiz Room would not be suitable for the Buyer and subject to having received from the latter a request for deferral relating to at least ten new dates included in the three-month period mentioned above, Quiz Room will refund the amounts initially paid by the Buyer.
18.4 In the event that the Buyer has requested the Personalized Questions service:
a. Only the Buyer can be held responsible for the content of the Questions submitted to Quiz Room;
b. the Buyer and the Participants exempt Quiz Room from any liability in the event that these Questions cause harm of any kind to any Participant or to a third party;
c. Quiz Room reserves the right not to broadcast Questions whose content is clearly illegal or would be harmful to morality and its decision cannot in any way justify a refund of the amounts paid by the Buyer in return for the Personalized Questions service.
18.5 The Buyer undertakes to identify and guarantee Quiz Room against all liability, recourse and all requests relating to the Services ordered by the Buyer and whose non-performance would be attributable to the latter.
18.6 The Buyer promotes the fair use of leisure equipment by all Participants and guarantees Quiz Room against any deterioration or damage of any kind to goods, equipment, materials and persons inflicted by any Participant during the performance of the Services; the Buyer cannot in any way oppose Quiz Room the absence of a relationship of subordination or contractual relationship with a Participant to avoid the obligations imposed on him.
18.7 In the event of damage inflicted by one or more Participants linked to the Buyer's Order to the goods or equipment belonging to the Quiz Room establishments, the repairs will be evaluated and notified to the Buyer within sixty (60) days; the Buyer will have a period of fifteen days from the notification issued by Quiz Room to pay the cost of the repairs, without delay in recourse to insurance.
SECTION 19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- 19.1 The content of the Site as well as the products and representations appearing within the premises of Quiz Room establishments (technical documents, drawings, photographs, etc.) are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents.
- 19.2 The Buyer and the Participants undertake not to make any non-personal use of this content without the prior agreement of Quiz Room.
19.3 Any total or partial reproduction of this content, without the prior authorization of Quiz Room, is strictly prohibited and may constitute an offense of counterfeiting.
19.4 The content of the Personalized Questions remains the property of the Buyer, who is deemed to be the author; Quiz Room undertakes to exercise only a punctual and strictly limited right to the duration of the effective provision of the Room; within a reasonable period of time from the expiration of the duration of the provision of the Room, Quiz Room undertakes to delete the content of these Questions from its databases.
SECTION 20. PERSONAL DATA
- 20.1 The personal data provided by the Buyer are necessary for the processing of his order and for the establishment of invoices.
- 20.2 They are subject to computer processing.
- 20.3 The buyer has a right of permanent access, modification, correction and opposition with respect to information concerning him.
20.4 The Buyer is invited to consult the Charter relating to the protection of Personal Data on the Site to take note of all the information relating to this subject.

SECTION 21. MEDIATION
SECTION 22. INTEGRALITY
- 22.1 In the event of the disappearance of one of the clauses of these General Conditions, in particular as a result of the application of a law, a regulation or following a final decision by a competent court, the other provisions of these General Conditions will remain in full force and scope.
22.2 If a condition of sale were lacking, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector whose companies have their headquarters in France.
SECTION 23. VARIOUS
- 23.1 Any notification interrupting the delay is appreciated for this purpose at the time of its dispatch.
23.2 Any notice that is subject to a delay is considered for this purpose at the time of its receipt.
SECTION 24. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
- 24.1 The General Conditions are subject to French law.
24.2 The competent court in the event of a dispute will be that of the place of residence of the defendant, or at the choice of the plaintiff, of the place of actual delivery of the Product.

General terms and conditions of business sales
ITEM I: QUIZ ROOM
ARTICLE II: OBJECT
1. The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “General Conditions” or “CGV”) is to define the rights and obligations of Companies and Quizz Room under Contracts:
a. These General Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time by Quizz Room;
b. they are applicable as soon as they are communicated by any means to Companies but their possible modifications will not apply to transactions already in progress;
c. a transaction is in progress as long as the offer issued by Quizz Room is firm and final in accordance with the terms set out in article VI. 5 below.
2. The General Conditions are also available on the Site; subject to any special conditions applicable to a specific type of Services, specified separately and prior to the conclusion of any Contract, the Terms and Conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions — including those of the Company — including those of the Company which are unenforceable against Quizz Room.
ARTICLE III: PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION
1. The Company is an informed professional who acknowledges having read the General Conditions and all the information they contain, having accepted them before the validation of any order and that these are enforceable against it in accordance with article 1119 of the Civil Code.
2. The representative of the Company declares that he is authorized to engage the Company in the context of the execution of the Contract and according to the terms of the CGV, otherwise, he will be deemed to be personally committed to Quizz Room.
ARTICLE IV: THE OFFER OF PERSONALIZED SERVICES TO BUSINESSES
1. At the times indicated by the Company and depending on the number of individuals (the “Participants”) selected by the Company to participate in the activities offered by Quizz Room, the latter offers for sale personalized Services for the reservation and provision of leisure rooms including the ability to use a question and answer game whose main characteristics are as follows:
- Immersion of participants in a television set setting;
- Audiovisual communication of questions to the attention of the Participants in the game;
- Provision of buzzers allowing Participants to answer questions;
- Automatic counting of the points of each of the Participants,
- Access to jokers allowing you to change the course of the games.
2. In addition to the reservation and provision of leisure rooms, Quizz Room offers for sale additional services, determined according to criteria indicated by the Company and according to the availability of the offer offered by Quizz Room, including:
- the order of a service for the supply of drinks and meals provided by Quizz Room or by any third party that it will replace and made available to the Company within the Quizz Room;
- the personalization of the proposed questions (valid only on the Quiz categories) according to the instructions of the Company;
- the provision of access to the activities scheduled by Quizz Room at any location indicated by the Company, subject to compatibility with the main characteristics of the game;
- the filming of an audiovisual program in the Quizz Room;
The above list is not exhaustive and the offer of Services agreed between Quizz Room and the Company is specified in the personalized Quotation (the “Quotation”), previously provided by Quizz Room to the Company.
3. The Services sold by Quizz Room comply with the requirements of French law in force relating to the safety and health of persons, the fairness of commercial transactions and the protection of consumers at the time they are placed on the market.
4. For the execution of the Services, the Company undertakes to communicate the identity of each Participant prior to the occupancy of the rooms made available to it.
ARTICLE V: PRICE OF SERVICES
1. The price of the Services offered for sale by Quizz Room is freely set by Quizz Room, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Quizz Room reserves the right to change its prices at any time but undertakes to maintain the rates indicated in the Quotation as long as the offer issued by Quizz Room is firm and final in accordance with the procedures provided for in article VI. 5 below.
3. The selling price of the Services established by Quizz Room according to the criteria indicated by the Company cannot be determined in advance and is the subject of a detailed Quote by Quizz Room, possibly accompanied by Special Conditions which will take precedence over the General Conditions.
4. The selling price of the Services included in the quotation depends on the choices of the Company and in particular:
- the number of Participants,
- the length of time the room was occupied,
- the number of rooms reserved,
- the reservation of the reception room,
- whether or not to use the question personalization service,
- of each of the services to be provided on behalf of the Company.
5. The prices of the Products and Services are indicated in euros.
6. Prices are fixed excluding taxes as in force on the day of the order: any creation or modification of tax regardless of the nature or amount will be applied to the Contracts including for orders in progress, as soon as it enters into force.
ARTICLE VI: QUOTATION
2. To obtain a Quotation, the Company must indicate the name, first name, email address and function of the representative by whom the Quotation is requested, as well as the corporate name of the Company, the desired date of the provision of the room (s) and the number of participants.
3. The request for a quote is processed by Quizz Room, which undertakes to respond to the request for a quote within 2 days; in addition to the information indicated when requesting a quote, Quizz Room reserves the right to request additional information to establish a Quote.
4. Quizz Room communicates a detailed Quote to the Professional including the essential characteristics of each of the Services to be performed as well as their price — in addition to the General Conditions.
5. Unless otherwise stated on the Quotation, it is a firm and definitive offer, valid:
- five (5) days from the date of communication of the Quotation appearing on it, in the event that the provision of the room to the Company must take place after the expiration of a period of twenty days from the date of communication of the Quotation;
- two (2) working days from the date of communication of the Quotation appearing on it, in the event that the provision of the room to the Company must take place before the expiration of a period of twenty days from the date of communication of the Quotation.
- Until the day the rooms are made available, in the event that the estimate is requested and sent less than two days before the rooms are actually made available.
ARTICLE VII: ACCEPTANCE OF THE QUOTATION
1. The Company communicates to Quizz Room the signed Quotation by any means.
2. The communication by the Company of the signed Quotation, or failing that, the payment, partial or full, by the Company implies validation of the content of the Quotation and is equivalent to a Contract:
a. any validation of the Quotation by the Company implies acceptance of the price, the descriptions of the Services sold and their date of execution;
b. any validation of the Quotation by the Company constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the General Conditions by the Company;
c. any validation of the Quotation by the Company obliges the Company to pay the price in full.
3. The cancellation by the Company of its reservation as well as the absence or delay of one or more Participants do not release the Company from its payment obligation to which it remains fully bound.
4. Any validation of the Quote made after the deadlines referred to in 5. of article VI may be accepted by Quizz Room by any means and thus cover the expiry of the Offer.
5. The sale is considered final after receipt of the full price by Quizz Room, the latter however reserving the right to suspend the Company's order in the event that the debit was not possible.
6. For any question relating to the follow-up of its order, the Company must contact Quizz Room directly by any means.
ARTICLE VIII: Methods of payment for SERVICES by THE COMPANY
1. Payment of the full price is due by the Company as soon as the Quotation has been validated and constitutes a condition of access to the rooms.
2. In the event of a Quote issued by Quizz Room more than fifteen days before the actual provision of the recreation room, the Company must pay Quizz Room 50% of the sale price within seven (7) days from the acceptance of the Quote and the balance will be paid no later than the day the leisure room is made available.
3. In the event of a Quote issued by Quizz Room less than fifteen days before the actual provision of the recreation room, the Company must make full payment of the sale price no later than three days before the actual provision of the recreation room.
4. The Company must pay Quizz Room by electronic payment (bank transfer, credit card, e-credit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express Card) or, failing that, by check.
5. Access to the game room is subject to full payment of the amount provided for in the Quotation.
ARTICLE IX: PROOF OF TRANSACTIONS
1. The making of an electronic payment or the issuance of a check by the Company or the signing of the Quotation by any officer of the Company will constitute proof of the agreement of the Company on the exigibility of the amounts due under the Quotation.
2. However, in the event of fraudulent use of its bank card, the Company is invited, as soon as this use is noticed, to contact Quizz Room Customer Service.
3. In addition, the computerized records, kept in the computer systems of Quizz Room and its partners under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.
4. Quotations are archived on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as evidence.
ARTICLE X: EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1. The Services provided by Quizz Room are personalized by the Company and established according to criteria clearly indicated by the Company.
2. The Company cannot withdraw once the Quotation has been accepted by the Company.
ARTICLE XI: SUBSEQUENT CHANGES TO THE QUOTATION
A. Date of availability of game rooms
1. The date of availability of one or more game rooms cannot be changed by the Company less than seven days before its use.
2. The Company may postpone the date of availability of one or more game rooms if notified more than seven days before the date of the event:
- in return for a sum of 176€ excluding taxes per room, if notified less than fifteen days before the date of the event;
- free of charge if notified more than 15 days in advance.
3. In the event of the occurrence of a case of force majeure, as specified in article XII, 6 below, it is possible to postpone the date of availability of one or more rooms at no cost.
B. Number of Participants
1. If notified by the Company more than seven days before the event, the reduction in the number of Participants implies a reduction in the price of providing one or more rooms, without the price thus reduced being less:
a. at the price of providing one room for eight (8) Participants, in case of initial reservation of only one room;
b. at the price of providing two rooms for nineteen (19) Participants in the event of an initial reservation of two rooms; after the above period, the reduction in the number of Participants is without consequence on the initial amount of the Quotation, which the Company must pay in full.
2. The upward variation in the number of Participants is possible at any time within the limit of:
- 18 Participants if a room is available;
- 36 Participants in case of provision of two rooms;
- 54 participants in case of provision of three rooms;
- 36 Participants if the Salon is available.
ARTICLE XII: RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Only facts that are directly attributable to Quizz Room may engage the latter's liability to the Company, subject to causing direct harm to the Company.
2. Quizz Room cannot be held responsible in the event that the non-performance or poor performance of its obligations is attributable to:
a. Misuse of the recreation room and its functionalities by the Company or by any Participant;
b. a fault attributable to the Company or by any Participant;
c. a failure to provide information charged to the Company in article IV.4 above;
d. a case of force majeure, i.e. an unforeseeable and insurmountable fact by a third party and in particular: a general strike by public transport drivers followed by more than 50% by the professionals concerned, a technical failure of the game making it impossible for all Participants to use it, an administrative closure of the Quizz Room establishment;
e. a technical failure in the game that does not make it impossible for all participants to use it;
f. disadvantages inherent to the use of the Internet network — such as an interruption or interruption of service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
3. The Company undertakes to identify and guarantee Quizz Room against all liability, recourse and all requests relating to the Services ordered by the Company and whose non-performance would be attributable to the latter.
4. Except for damages exclusively attributable to Quizz Room, the Company recognizes and guarantees Quizz Room against all liability, recourse and all requests from one or more Participants.
5. The Company promotes the fair use of leisure equipment by all Participants and guarantees Quizz Room against any deterioration or damage of any kind to property and persons inflicted by any Participant during the performance of the Services; the Company cannot in any way oppose Quizz Room to the absence of a relationship of subordination or contractual relationship with a Participant to avoid the obligations imposed on it.
6. In the event that the provision of a room and the use of the game by all Participants prove impossible as a result of a case of force majeure, Quizz Room undertakes to postpone the execution of the Services ordered free of charge; in the event that the Parties are unable to agree on a delay in the provision of the Services, the Company may, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, request reimbursement of the amounts paid to Quizz Room.
7. In the event of late or non-payment, and after a formal notice that has remained unsuccessful for fourteen days, the Company will be required to pay Quizz Room the sum of six hundred euros excluding taxes, as damages and fixed compensation — in addition to the amount of claims due, plus the legal interest rate.
8. In the event of late or non-payment, the Company will owe a fixed compensation for recovery costs, in the amount of 40 euros, as of right and without prior notice.
9. The Company Representative recognizes and guarantees Quizz Room against any inability and lack of power to engage the Company.
ARTICLE XIII: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
1. The content of the Site as well as the products and representations represented within the premises of Quizz Room establishments (technical documents, drawings, photographs, etc.) are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents.
2. The Company undertakes not to make any use of this content and guarantees Quizz Room against any illicit use made by one of the Participants.
3. Any total or partial reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited and is likely to constitute an offense of counterfeiting.
ARTICLE XIV: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND FREEDOMS
1. The personal data provided by the Company is necessary for the processing of its order and for the establishment of invoices.
2. They are subject to computer processing.
3. The Company and the Participants under it are invited to consult the Site's Personal Data Protection Charter to read all the information relating to this subject by clicking hither.
ARTICLE XV: COMPREHENSIVENESS
1. For any dispute and in the event of failure or in the absence of a response from Quizz Room after the expiration of a period of two months, the Company may resort to conventional mediation, in particular with the Consumer Mediation Commission or with existing sectoral mediation bodies, or to any other alternative dispute resolution method (conciliation, for example) in the event of a dispute.
2. It is always possible to accept or refuse the use of mediation and, in the event of recourse to mediation, to accept or refuse the solution proposed by the mediator.
ARTICLE XVII: MISCELLANEOUS
1. Any notification interrupting the delay is appreciated for this purpose at the time of its dispatch.
2. Any notification that is subject to a delay is appreciated for this purpose at the time of its receipt.
3. Unless otherwise provided, all notifications are made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
ARTICLE XVIII: LAW, APPLICATION AND JURISDICTION
1. The General Conditions are subject to French law.
2. In the event of a dispute, the competent court is the Commercial Court of Paris.
European Cup regulations
1. DEFINITIONS
Center: Refers to any establishment exploiting the Quizz Room product and service offering and hosting Sessions.
Delegate: Refers to the operator of a Center not operated by Quizz Room SAS.
Duo : Refers to any team made up of 2 Participants who accepted the invitation to participate in the Tournament.
Local qualification : Refers to the stage of the Tournament, prior to the Grand Final, organized in each Center and bringing together the Duos who accepted the invitation to participate in the Tournament from the Organizer or a Delegate
Grand Final: Refers to the Final of the Tournament organized in Paris during the first half of 2024 and bringing together the Duos qualified under the conditions of Article 4.1.
Software : Refers to the software solution and its applications developed by Quizz Room, whose purpose is to ensure the completion of quizzes according to the original methods and formats established by Quizz Room.
Lot : Refers to the win of a sum of money or any other property obtained by each Duo ranking among the top three in the Tournament.
Hardware : Refers to all the elements made available by each Center for the benefit of Participants so that they can participate in a quiz and usefully answer the questions included by the latter.
Organiser: Refers to Quizz Room SAS. Participant: Refers to any natural person, member of a Duo, participating in the Tournament.
Player profile: Refers to information relating to the identity of a Participant.
Quiz Room: Refers to the company Quizz Room SAS (RCS de Paris No. 841 536 042), holder of the rights to use the Software, directly operating certain Centers and having entrusted certain Delegates with the task of ensuring the operation of its activities in other Centers themselves.
Regulation: Refers to this document.Game Rules:Refers to the rules governing each Session and reminded Participants prior to the start of the Session by a voices Off.
Session: Refers to any game session organized by Quiz Room or one of its Delegates, consisting of 2 quiz parts each including 30 questions and 2 mini-games.
Tournament: Quiz competition subject to these Rules and publicly named “Coupe de France de quiz”.
1. OBJECT
The Tournament organized by Quizz Room SAS and its Delegates is a free event, separate from the services organized by Quizz Room SAS and its Delegates, offered to certain Participants in order to bring the Quiz Room network to life in all territories in which Centers are located.
The purpose of the Rules is to define your rights and obligations, as well as those of Quiz Room and its Delegates in carrying out the Tournament, the terms and conditions of which are set out below. By accepting the invitation to participate in the Tournament, you unreservedly accept the terms of these Rules.
You are informed that the Organizer reserves the right to modify these Rules at any time, including the introduction of new provisions or the removal of existing ones. It is the duty of the Participants to check that they are aware of the latest version of the Rules.
2. GENERALITIES
“The Coupe de France de quiz” is a popular culture quiz tournament played in Duos and taking place in all Centers. As of the date hereof, the Centers are located in France and Belgium. After acceptance by the Participants to participate in the Tournament, the tournament takes place in three stages:
- Players who have responded positively to a Quiz Room invitation — or one of its Delegates — participate in a Local Qualification at the Center concerned;
- The winners of each organized Local Qualification are qualified for the Grand Final;
- The Grand Final takes place in one of the Centers located in Paris.
Participants accept the rules of the Quiz Room game as set out by the voiceover before the start of any Session and they unreservedly accept the final ranking determined by the Software.
The playing modalities of each Session are chosen discretionally by each Center as part of the Local Qualification, and by the Organizer as part of the Grand Final.
All Participants are required to accept the answers to the questions, even if they are able to demonstrate an error on the part of the Organizer, its Delegates and/or the Software.
Despite the development of an algorithm aimed at preventing the same question from being proposed several times to the same Participant, this possibility remains possible without this being the subject of any dispute by any Participant on the part of the
validity of the result of the Local Qualification or the Tournament Grand Final.
4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Registration for the Tournament is free.
It is carried out at the request of the future Participant, on the proposal of the Quiz Room or one of its Delegates, provided that the future Participant has previously participated in one or more Non-Tournament Sessions, public or private, and achieved one of the 24 best scores of a Center during the calendar year 2023.
Under no circumstances can participation in any Session be constitutive or perceived as constituting a qualifying session for the Tournament.
Registration for the Tournament is exclusively done in Duo: a single Participant cannot be authorized to participate in the Tournament.
In the event that Quiz Room or one of its Delegates offers a single individual to participate in the Tournament, the Participant may then invite the person of his choice to form a Duo.
Each Participant who is a member of the Duo must use their Player Profile if they have already participated in a Session, and must honestly certify that they do not have several Player Profiles.
In the event that the Participant holds several Player Profiles, he undertakes to report them to Quiz Room or one of its Delegates prior to registering for the Tournament so that only one Player Profile is retained, the surplus having to be removed.
Each Participant must be of legal age and not be prohibited from playing.
Participants are convened at a specific time. In the event of delay by one or more Participants, the Organizer and/or the Center reserve the right to start the Session with a single Participant constituting a Duo or to start with the empty desk, until the Participants arrive and join the Room during the Session. In this case, the Participants agree to lose the opportunity to score points in their absence.
In the event of the absence of one of the members of a Duo for the duration of the first part of a Session, the Duo is declared disqualified.
5. LOCAL QUALIFICATIONS
Each Center has the option of offering participation in the Tournament, which begins with participation in a Local Qualification consisting of one or more Sessions.
Each Local Qualification must include a minimum of 4 duos and a maximum of 12 duos. If less than 4 pairs are registered, it is the responsibility of the Center to offer other players to participate in the Tournament, giving priority to those who obtained the best scores in previous Sessions — excluding the Tournament.
On the day of the Local Qualification, if only 3 Duos show up, the Local Qualification is maintained. On the other hand, if only 2 Duos show up, the Local Qualification will have to be postponed by the Center.
The winning Duo from a Local Qualifier is qualified for the Grand Final.
A Center will only organize a Local Qualification in its Center if it has opened at least 3 months in 2023.
6. THE GRAND FINAL
6.1. Presence at the Grand Final
The Grand Final will take place during the first half of 2024 in one of the Centers located in Paris.
The Organizer will communicate the address to the qualified Participants within a reasonable period of time.
Each Duo qualified for the Grand Final must confirm their participation to the Organizer, by email, at marketing@quiz-room.com, no later than 15 days before the date of the Grand Final.
In the absence of confirmation, the Center will not be represented during the Grand Final.
To attend the Grand Final, each Participant undertakes to agree to transfer their image rights in accordance with article 9 of these rules.
Travel expenses are covered by the Organizer up to a maximum of 120 euros per Participant, or 240 euros per Duo, reimbursed upon presentation of proof of transport on the day of the Grand Final established in the name of each Participant. The refund will be made within 10 days following the Grand Final by bank transfer to the account of each of the Grand Final Participants who provided proof of transport as well as the details of the bank account receiving the amounts to be paid. The name of the participant must be indicated on the ticket and dated on the day of the final (fuel costs included).
If one of the members of the Duo qualified for the Grand Final did not show up no later than 30 minutes before the start of the Grand Final, he is disqualified and not replaced and, with the exception of the preceding paragraph, his travel expenses not reimbursed.
6.2. How the Grand Final unfolds
The format of the Grand Final will be determined by the Organizer based on the number of Duos present, the organization cannot be anticipated at the start date of the Tournament, it being understood that, unless otherwise stipulated, newly opened Centers may join the Tournament during the year.
The composition of the participants in each Session will be made by drawing lots on the day of the Grand Final, in the presence of all the Participants.
The Grand Final focuses on issues of French, Swiss, Belgian and international culture, which the Participants accept. The concept of international culture cannot be called into question by the Participants, who irreversibly accept the theme of the questions and undertake not to question the equity between the Participants. The 30 questions in the final will be new.
The winning Duo in the final is declared the winner of the Tournament with the title of “European Cup Winner”.
7. GRAND FINAL PRIZES
For the Grand Final, the Prizes are as follows:
- Winning duo: €5,000
- Second and Third Duos: Prizes to be determined by the Organizer
Participants who have won a cash Prize must communicate their IBAN to the Organizer within 7 days from the date of the Grand Final. Then they will receive their Lot by bank transfer within 7 days. The winning pair must sign a document attesting to the payment due and send us a copy of their identity document.
8. HARDWARE
If the Hardware is no longer in working condition during a game session, the Organizer then distinguishes between 2 scenarios:
1. Malfunction attributable to Participants: Participants agree that the “question for nothing” asked before the start of the scoring of a Session allows them to test the proper functioning of their Equipment and that, unless a malfunction is detected and reported on this occasion, the Hardware will be deemed to be in good working order so that any Hardware malfunction occurring during the Session will be presumed to be the result of the behavior of the Participants; therefore the Session will not be interrupted and the Participants will not be interrupted concerned must therefore end the Session with the Material proposed at the beginning of the Session;
2. Generalized dysfunction of the game or dysfunction independent of the behavior of the Participants: in this case, the Session is replayed in its entirety, without being able to take advantage of the points acquired during the interrupted Session.
3. In the event of a bug or technical anomaly, and if the game must be interrupted, the points start again without the participants being able to challenge the decision taken by the center manager.
9. IMAGE RIGHTS
Each Participant accepts that in case of participation in the Grand Final, photos and videos may be taken by the Organizer.
Each Participant authorizes the Organizer or any person he or she substitutes to exploit, on any medium and by any means, his image and other attributes of his personality in order to promote the activities of Quizz Room SAS to the public, and this on all French, Swiss and Belgian territories, on all French, Swiss and Belgian territories, as long as Quizz Room SAS operates its quiz activities.
10. LIABILITY LIMIT
The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel this competition. It cannot be held responsible for these changes.
In any case, the Organizer reserves the right to extend the period during which each stage of the Tournament is supposed to take place, to postpone any announced date or to modify its conditions and cannot be held liable for this fact.
11. APPLICATION AND INTERPRETATION OF THE REGULATIONS
The Rules apply to anyone who participates in the competition.
The Regulation is subject to French law and, in the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of the defendant's place of residence or that of performance of the service subject of the Regulation.

The company Quiz Room SAS (hereinafter “Quiz Room”) is organizing a free competition game with no obligation to purchase, accessible on the site www.quiz-room.com, with Disneyland® Paris.
2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
This game is open to any adult natural person residing in mainland France (including Corsica), with Internet access and a valid email address. Quiz Room staff members and their families are not allowed to participate.
3. How to participate
To participate, candidates must go to www.quiz-room.com and follow the instructions provided to register for the competition. Only one entry per person is allowed for the duration of the game.
4. Duration of the game
The game starts on May 1, 2025 and ends on July 31, 2025 inclusive. Entries received outside of this period will not be taken into account.
5. Designation of the winners
A random draw will be made on August 8, 2025 among all valid entries to determine the winner. The winner will be contacted by email (email) within 7 days of the draw.
6. Endowment
The winner will win a two-day stay for four people at Disneyland® Paris.
This stay includes:
- 1 “night” coupon at the Disney® Newport Bay Club hotel based on four (4) people per “standard” room including at least one adult. The overnight voucher is valid for one year from its date of issue (see date on the voucher) and the night must be booked by the beneficiary via the form provided by EURO DISNEY for this purpose no later than one month before the desired arrival date. In case of no-show on the date booked by the beneficiary of the night and breakfast voucher, it cannot be reused and the service will be lost.
This lot is non-exchangeable and cannot be refunded in cash.
7. Methods for handing over the lot
